Especially ammo and shockwave because of how useless the damage resistance is. You can change tier 2 and 5 as you wish. If you use born ready, you can skip reload speed.Best builds for Sabotage. I think your best bet is a balanced set of weapons. You need something to clear out attacking waves on hacking stage and something with longer range to damage turrets and boss' weak points from safe distance. Don't go all in on AoE or sniping, because it will make either wave defense or the boss harder.
