You will need some heater hose to bypass the coolant. and then either blocker plates or a new boost tube for the cold side. pro fab makes a few nice products as far as the boost tube side.Y-Bridge is rocksteady now that I installed this strap on my 2006 LBZ. It’s a lot of work to get all the parts moved from the way to get to the bridge bolts, but nothing hard. Bending the strap to fit proved easier than anticipated. LBZ uses the outside holes on the strap. Have a cool head and take your time.…

The Y bridge i have has a machined grove in the faces where it meets the intake and the seal is held on both sides so it cant move once torqued down to the engine. If you issue is with the oring staying in place while installing the part, i would put a couple dabs of RTV on the y bridge to retain the seals and then install it.I put the bridge on at the same time as my turbo kit. So i dont have any before or after number from just the bridge. I have a buddy who made his own 3" bridge on his lbz. Track times haven't proved any increase, dyno also wasn't in his favor either after the bridge install.
