I took the immunizer exam yesterday and experienced the same problem.. they couldn't get it to print out. I was able to see the preliminary passing score report by accessing the pearson website by logging in to the PTCB site, and clicking Schedule Exam.. that takes you to peasronVue already logged in and you can see the test score report link on your main profile page..
