If they did uncheck the box in their tools system that says you have approved cooler bags, then the $30 purchase is automatic as if you were a brand new shopper with unapproved cooler bags.Scan as usual but don't purchase them. Instead, add the gift cards to the purchase and Instacart approves the transaction because they think you purchased the added items.
