OK, thanks. As for the key not working, I'd suggest taking a can of WD-40 with the plastic tube on the nozzle, insert it in the lock, and spray. Then determine if the a) lock is frozen or b) the original owner rekeyed the ignition. You can also spray the lock from the back, and see if there is a lot of rust on it.Tighten the winch/adjustment cable back up using the jack parts. All info about it is in owners manual. I'd recommend that every 6 months you lower your tire, fill it to the max on the sidewall, and then raise it back up. Follow the instructions in the manual.
