I finally had the time to try and tune the cold start using the Sniper EFI software.

Greetings and Happy Easter! I switched from Sniper 1 to Sniper 2, and since my install the car idles weird and stumbles (AFR spikes) after a stab at the throttle. On the freeway it runs OK in both stop & go, and in slightly spirited cruise. I see the AFR all bonkers on the graph.
