This is a Blazon Flexible Flyer and is the Yankee Clipper. It was made in the U.S.A. in West Point, MS but I don't know the year it was made. The printing in the colors are wearing especially on the steering board (that's light) and the model # I do not see but I am pretty sure it is the F542 & #3486.
