Some mild contractions since, lost a bunch of my mucus plug this morning, but no labor yet. With my first I was 4 cm for almost five weeks. With my second I started dilating at 30 weeks and he was born at 39.6!I am 38 weeks 1 day and doctor did cervix check today and said I am 3 cm dilated and 80% effaced - does this mean that labor is potentially coming soon?? I've heard of people that are dilated for weeks though…just curious to hear other peoples experiences/opinions!
