Jolt is way worse than Arc Web. I was told (by the community) that it was good, but its not. All arc grenades before chained on initial hit, now it must proc jolt then another greIf you have reliable activation, riskrunner by a mile. There’s a small delay with voltshot maybe 1-2s cooldown between acquiring another voltshot no matter how fast you expend the charge. Plus, it takes two bullets to activate volt; one to apply jolt, one to proc the chain.
