The Hub definitely, got almost all buildings there to choose from. If you prefer to live in a more populated city, well, not every game spawns the same interiors.edit: or as Shidan said, bounties can also work. They probably won't add a feature where we can take over towns since there's plenty of complicatiosn that come with that, such as what would occur when you import a game and "reset it" to name but one factor. But they'll certainly keep working on enemy raids/assaults taking over your stuff and you needing to force them out. #3.Unless your mod also gives a shopping list to every single NPC that includes food, and the money to buy the food, and increases the supply of food available in every bar and bakery in Kenshi. As for your question about the Holy Nation, you can't clear out and take control of their towns or fortresses. You can capture them, but they will simply revert to the control of other world states such as the United Cities, Flotsam Ninjas or even bandits or creatures. There aren't many towns in the game to not be able to choose. Pick a priority and follow it. You can't have a town in the center with good res and good shops because the center of the map only has like 5 towns each with disadvantages.
