Comcast modem blinking
Xfinity Modem xb7 "solid orange" not blinking no connection. Can you help me what solid orange means its not blinking only solid orange no internet connection. I tried troubleshooting it unplugging it for 30sec and resetting doesnt work. We have made changes to keep employees safe so response and call times may be longer than usual.I have tried plugging the modem directly into the splitter on an unused port, and also disconnecting the splitter entirely and plugging the input line directly into the modem. In both cases, I get exactly the same behavior as before -- somewhat working connection, but blinking green uplink light and disconnects at regular intervals.
