After spending most of the day farming various creatures and bosses listed on the wiki, I can say with some confidence that the best place is Grizzleheim - Savarstaad Pass - Boar Camp from the Splithoof Barbarians. They're rank 3 fire with 395 hit points so almost anyone can do them easily.

Couch Potatoes are dropped by virtually every enemy in Grizzleheim, though the drop rates there are quite low. Same with Evil Magma Peas for enemies in Avalon. Unless you need them very urgently, I would recommend you go to Mirage (2 worlds after Khrysalis) and farm there, where the drops are even higher.
