Ooma outgoing calls not working

Hi - my phone is receiving in-bound calls no problem but for some reason i get (seemingly) intermittent issue with outbound..i get a dial tone but not able to make outbound calls at all and when touching any button on the phone there is no audible sound - phone otherwise works perfectly fine - any ideas anyone? oh and, all was great for first ...

I have been having problems with outgoing calls for the past 3 days. I either get a busy signal (I know the number is not busy because I am calling my cell phone from my Ooma phone) or I get a message that the number cannot be called as dialed. ... but they have put into place a great model that usually works well. I know that from experience ...I recently upgraded to the Telo and shortly afterwards my phone seem to no longer be able to make outbound calls. When people call me the phone rings appropriately and the voice quality is fine, and everything seems to work appropriately. When I call someone else there phone will ring but I cannot hear the ringing.I too have been experiencing this problem - long delay when placing outgoing calls. All was working fine for months and then a few days ago this started happening. (In addition to this problem, around the same time, incoming calls are also problematic - I pick up and answer and say Hello, Hello, Hello and can not hear the caller.

The Ooma is properly set up, everything is showing blue. I can receive calls as long as the caller is using Skype or a cell phone. When the caller uses a landline, it does not go through and goes to voicemail. When I make an outgoing call, there is the Ooma dial tone, it dials the number.
