Had SimpleHelp 3.x software installed on my Server2012 R2 for 7 months and it worked okay 80% of the time as it would disconnect intermittently and you'd have to reconnect. Upgraded the software to their 4.x version and it has been a nightmare! Continually drops sessions and won't connect at all sometimes.
