Second Actively Being Reviewed. I-130 & I-485 (AOS) Hey there, Married to a USC and our I-130’s PD is November 30th, 2021. On November 10th it changed to actively being reviewed, yesterday I got an email that said an action was taken and the I-130 changed to actively being reviewed again. So this is the second time.I submitted a I130 for my wife whose overseas back in mid March and it is being processed at the Nebraska Center. It's been under active review for a month and half now. I poked around on the Internet and read that we are apparently somewhat over the average processing time. If there is a RFE would it be reflected on the case status page?
