Lowering it to 100 is a bit pointless since you're in between +7 and +8 stamina regen., I think Mera + demon step is a horrible combination but seeing such objectively awful builds in this threads is forcing me to give you some help if you want to try it: 367 strength - That's the m1 damage cap with maxed v2 haki 49 m1 42 stamina - assuming you're not a mink.
