Well this is just insanely false. There's literally zero PvE games that replicate what Rust can do as a PvE game. Rust is one of the BEST and most unique PvE games, actually. People will be able to rent servers so I would say yes, although you can’t use mods like pc so you can’t have zombies and other ai added in.
