Sass left the final checkpoint before the finish in Safety at 2:48 a.m. to complete the final 22 miles to the finish in 2 hours, 50 minutes.

The race will begin 10:00a on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Knik Lake. Mushers will travel from the start, go through Eagle Quest, then continue to the half way point at Yentna Station Roadhouse where they will take a 10 hour layover.
