If not then I'd definitely expect to see him around Christmas. SLKR is much easier to beat 3v3 with a non-GL: JKR, JKL, Hyoda can one shot. I don't mean to be cynical or negative but you can't. The paper cut startegy almost works, but it's not reliable.

They nuked every halfway reliable JML and Rey counter. Most of the remaining ones are iffy vs relic 8 and will be even more so against r9. Aside from a few select SEE counters (e.g., relic Geos), non-GL counters are pretty much dead in the water. Besides, there was no old character who countered each and every GL.
