With some help from JBM’s ballistic calculators I came up with a BC of .306 G1 for this bullet.

It's still working as designed. I think the main issue with rifle scopes on a muzzleloader is eye relief. I don't have any issues with my scope. Apparently he bought it as a kit, put it together, browned the barrel, and then it hung on the wall and it hasn't ever been shot. This is pretty cool to me, as I've read that the older CVA's are... Barnes considers .499-.501 to be "small bores" and .502-.504 to be "large bores". The T-EZ packaged with blue MMP HPH 24 sabots is marketed for "small bores".
