I don't know anything about Sanibel Arms, but like so many have said, give these people time. Most things I have seen/read/own experience, is that agencies are going in reservation order. But since you need a replacement, Anna Maria Island is unique in its' own way. It is not upscale like Sanibel, but it does have building codes that keep high rises out.
