In this case, it appears to lock in, turn at the same speed of the pulley, which makes me suspect it's not a clutch problem. 1. AC Blowing No Air at All. Usually the culprit. Replacing ac relay. Adding a 2 watt solar panel to offset battery drain (didn't help at night with no sun). Looked at numerous parasitic drain troubleshooting videos.
