Ffxiv instant portrait not working.

When you queue for a duty, the portrait is compared to your current appearance, irrespective of gearset or plate. If your appearance does not match the portrait, it gets reset to default. When you change gear/glam, they will "break" and then the only thing you have to do is: go to that gearset's portrait in your portraits list -> Edit -> Reflect current gear -> Save. That's it. In fact, you might not even need to click "Reflect current gear", just Edit -> Save, could be enough.

What do you mean? I could be totally wrong, but I think you just need to 'click' or select the Face Sigil option in screengrab 1. When you select that, there should be one more menu where you can scroll and see what sigils you've unlocked to equip them.
