Iconic Manzanita Hall is a 215,000 gross-square-foot student residential building which has been in continuous use for over 40 years. The building has undergone a complete interior and exterior restoration; obsolete building infrastructure was removed and building systems and spaces were renewed. It was pretty nice; they have their own dining hall and gym.
