Personally i see no harm in letting it be a server option thats disabled by default. If theres two, three, four friends all playing on a private server that want sleeping, let them have it.

I think zomboid multiplayer should eventually let us have sleeping, and when we sleep we go to another server( possibly linked with the one we are on) that is 8-12 hours off set in time. Hey, just thought I'd mention that max tiredness goes away a little over 2 in game hours, without time skipping (That's with default time settings.) I had sleep on with multiplayer and ended up seeing how long it took. If you manage your sleep before it gets maxed out you technically don't have to sleep full nights but have to get enough ...Your player will disappear and probably not require sleep.
