You will see the factory amp, unplug the harness connection that is closest to you. Plug the amp bypass kit into it. It is my understanding that you can NOT remove or bypass the factory amp, thus the Sum8 is needed. Check out my post with photos of the complete setup. I can assure you, my setup rocks. Get the antenna adapter though and connect it to the wire that plugs into the "amp" or "sub" slot from your factory radio, it is your am/fm antenna from the car. Take the time to run new wires down to where you cut off the speakers from the amp.
