Mmm too bad cause it seems a nice spot where to take a long break before moving on to the gas station. I've never been any further than this, though. I just came from Mystery Lake with a 50-kg racksack and I'm now exploring coastal highway and trying to find a place for a permanent base.

Nov 9, 2015 · I just gave up on a save in a Coastal Highway start. I searched the entire map, all fishing shacks, bodies, buildings, the campsite, the abandoned lookout - no hatchet. Also no rifle. Since I started the game with no water, just come cold coffee, it was a struggle just to be able to search every location. That seems a little bit harsh for a Voyager start. There are four houses in the Coastal Townsite that, if they are intact (one of them, always the same one, along the coast is always intact) that have fire places as well as the Quonset garage which has a fire barrel inside.
