To cancel your subscription, you'll need to navigate to the Billing page in your CloudTalk Dashboard. Firstly, navigate to Dashboard > Account > Billing. Underneath 'Current plan', click on 'Cancel subscription' and choose the date you would like to cancel. After confirming your cancellation date, you'll see a notification under 'Current Plan'.
