It gets its power from the Golden Spin, a source of infinite energy., Dio Brando is undoubtedly one of the strongest Stand users in all of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. His Stand, The World, has about the same power, speed, and precision that Jotaro's Stand, Star Platinum, has but with the added bonus of being able to stop time. DIO's time stop ability is ridiculously overpowered, so he can probably beat just about ..., Soft and Wet can't heal people or manipulate time, so i think it's fair. The biggest thing i thought was unfair about Gold Experience was that Giorno could heal himself, unlike Crazy Diamond. But Part 5's villain has a ridiculously overpowered stand too, so it was balanced out.
