Posted October 4, 2013. With a valid petition for 3 years I went for H1B visa stamping in Chennai consulate. After a few questions about employer and salary/tax forms the consular asked me for a end client letter which I did not have. He gave me a 221g slip asking for a client letter from the end client where I work at.Friends or relatives and get their h1 petition with in house project. If their h1 petition comes out in the lottery . If they are lucky the visa stamping will. Be approved in other case Visa stamping is rejected and 1 h1 petition is wasted . Tell the truth, you can't lie during the interview.
