Optum Federal is a partner of the VA through its Community Care Network, providing access to regional networks of health care providers for Veterans. Optum Federal also offers medical disability exams, telephone lifestyle coaching, and clinical practice guidelines for the VA. It's intriguing to observe the contrasting approach taken by Optumserve in managing appointments. It seems that Optumserve may have a more limited pool of providers available. I had the opposite experience. I had two exams with Optum Serve in the last three weeks. Both examiners were thorough and courteous.

Of course, I've had nothing but terrible service with "QTC". At least "QTC" scheduled my C&Ps in a timely manner. However, "Optum Serve" keep telling me no providers are available to conduct my exam.
