Deactivated for no reason…. Questions. Been dashing for the past week (just got my account reactivated,) and they asked me to verify my identity so I did. Immediately it said it needed to be “verified by a human” but was still letting my schedule. 20 minutes later I got this email. Zero explanation. In particular, if you complete less than 80% of accepted delivery orders, you can be deactivated. However, if you have picked up an order and then cancelled after, if Doordash believes you've stolen the food you may be deactivated. I had to cancel one of my first Doordash orders and my completion rate is under 80%.

So with the new completion rate thing had to be 90%, my rate was at 88% (mostly from unassigning cause of app issues or cause customer did something I didn’t like) they said they was resetting rates so I’m like ok I’ll just stay above 100% well nope, I got deactivated cause apparently mine didn’t get resetted ...
