After that i restart the game to turn off debug and continue playing without zombie infection. I died eventually from a horde lol The infection notice you get on the health screen, and the knox virus are two different things. Infection notice is just the regular wound infection you can get if the wound is not treated appropriately. To know if you are infected with the zombie virus, you charactewr will be a lot nervous, get nauseous and be depressed. And you health keep running low.
